7. Individual Items for Consideration and Approval:

7.A. Authorization for the Superintendent to dispose of the identified Edgewood property that is no longer necessary for the operation of the District located at 1930 Herbert Lane, in accordance with Policy CI (Local).

7.B. Approval of Amendment #2 to the Head Start contract with the City of San Antonio, which provides additional projected prorated funding from the City of San Antonio (CoSA) to fund the Head Start Program in Edgewood ISD beginning February 1, 2013 - June 30, 2013, subject to federal funding.
|
7.C. Consideration and approval of an order by the Board of Trustees authorizing the Issuance of "Edgewood Independent School District Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2013", levying a continuing direct annual Ad Valorem Tax for the payment of the Bonds; prescribing the form, terms, conditions, and resolutions of other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale and delivery of the Bonds, including the Approval and Distribution of an Official Statement pertaining thereto; authorizing the execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement, an Escrow and Trust Agreement, a Purchase Contract and a Letter of Representations with the Depository Trust Company, delegating the authority to certain members of the Board of Trustees and District Staff to Execute certain documents relating to the Sale of the Bonds; and providing an effective date.

7.D. Approval of promotions, transfers, new hires, resignations, retirements and reassignments for professional contract personnel where Board Action is required. [Note: Board action on this item, if any, is limited to those personnel items that require Board action; otherwise, the item is for information only, whether or not the Board approves a motion to approve this item; and, in any event, the Board does not approve transfers, resignations previously approved by the Superintendent, retirements and reassignments.]

7.E. Approval of CTWP of San Antonio Lease and Rental Agreement duplicating equipment, maintenance, and service to include all consumables in the amount not exceed $3,805.67 annually.
