3.B. The Board of Managers will hear a recognition regarding Coach LenNique Brown from Memorial High School who was selected as the finalist from the Girls Assistant High School Coach of the Year for 2016-2017.

3.C. The Compadres for Scholars presentation of a check for $105,000 to the Edgewood Independent School District.
