2.A. Proposed acceptance of the bid from Bollinger, Inc., for "Student Athletic and Voluntary Student Accident Insurance" at the cost of $168,913.00 for school year 2010-2011.

2.B. Approval of Designation of funds in the amount of $1.5 million in order to fund a District Retention Stipend Plan for the 2011 school year.

2.C. Approval of Arms Code3 Data Import, reimplementation and on-site training in the amount of $41,450 for the Edged Police Department using local funds.

2.D. Approval of the District Retention Stipend Plan for the 2010-2011 school year.
