5.B. Approval to renew the Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance with Safety National Casualty Corporation in the amount of $72,663.00.

5.C. Approval of promotions, transfers, new hires, resignations, retirements and re-assignments for professional contract personnel where Board Action is required. 5.D. Approval to increase the amount of the agreement between Edgewood ISD and Northside Regional Day School for the Deaf by $16,600 using Special Education State and Federal Funds for a total of $76,000.00, for the 2011-2012 school year.

5.E. Approval to increase the amount of the agreement between Edgewood ISD and "Beyond Speech and Sound" by $10,000 using Special Education State and Federal Funds for a total of $90,000.00, for the 2011-2012 school year.

5.F. Approval to increase the amount of the agreement between Edgewood ISD and "Speech Specialists of San Antonio" by $120,000 using Special Education State and Federal Funds for a total of $444,000.00, for the 2011-2012 school year.

5.G. Approval to purchase and install seventeen Promethean Boards and accessories from ProComputing for the grand total of $52,616.85 to be funded through the Texas Title I Priority Schools Grant for Gus Garcia Middle School.

5.H. Approval to purchase and install seventeen Promethean Boards and accessories from ProComputing for the grand total of $52,616.85 to be funded through the Title I School Improvement Funds Alternative Effective Strategies Grant for Brentwood Middle School.
