Discussion and possible action to submit a Request for a Texas Attorney General’s Opinion concerning issues relating to the ordering of trustee elections by the Edgewood Board of Mangers as provided by Texas Education Code section 39A.208 and 19 Texas Administrative Code section 97.1073 as well as the ordering of an election to fill a current vacancy on the current Board of Trustees or appointing a person to fill said current vacant seat by said Board of Managers as provided by law, and any matters incident thereto.
