[Section 551.071, Government Code - Consultation With Attorney:] For a private consultation with the Board’s attorney with respect to pending or contemplated litigation or settlement offers, and/or on matters where the attorney's duty to the Board, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the open government provisions of Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to wit:

3.B. Approval to purchase library books from Follett Library Resources not to exceed the amount of $70,000 to be funded through the Texas Title I Priority Schools Grant for Gus Garcia Middle School.

3.C. Approval to adopt and purchase the textbook and resources for Career and Technical courses: Introduction to Cosmetology, Cosmetology I, and Cosmetology II.

3.D. Approval of funds for Cosmetology and Automotive Technology Program for the 2012-2013 school year.

3.E. Approval to purchase custodial equipment from Austin Vacuum, S.A., Inc. in the amount not to exceed $252,306.65.
