Consideration and approval to allow administration to begin negotiations to develop a Memorandum of Understanding with the Westside Education Training Center (WETC) and the Westside Development Center (WDC) to establish an Early College High School and career certification programs and to begin negotiations on the sale of the property of the Lincoln Elementary School site located at 563 SW 40th St., San Antonio, Texas 78237.

Koontz/McCombs Construction, Ltd., et al, Cause No. 2015-CI-10349, 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, and to authorize the Superintendent to finalize and execute the terms of a settlement agreement associated with any settlement that may be approved.
