3.A. The Board of Managers will watch a video that highlights student engagement and empowerment at Roosevelt Elementary.

3.B. The Board of Managers will hear a recognition regarding 11th grader Victoria Hernandez from John F. Kennedy High School who received the Award of Excellence, awarded from the Science Advisory Board of the National Academy of Future Scientists and Technologists for: outstanding academic performance, leadership potential, and dedication to serving humanity through science, technology, engineering and math.

3.C. The Board of Managers will hear a recognition regarding the Edgewood ISD Teachers of the Year.

3.D. The Board of Managers will hear a presentation regarding the Super Reader Outstanding Campus Award.

3.E. The Board of Managers will recognize campuses involved in the Read to the Final Four San Antonio Literacy Challenge.

3.F. The Board of Managers will hear a presentation regarding campus attendance awards.

4. Consent Agenda:

4.A. Consideration and approval of the Lone Star Governance AE (EXHIBIT), Superintendent Constraint Progress Measure 2.1.

4.B. Consideration and approval of the College Board contract for the SpringBoard Professional Learning Symposium Math, Texas Success Initiative assessments, and Advanced Placement assessments in the amount not to exceed $49,760.00.

4.C. Consideration and approval of new Career and Technical Education courses in the Education, Audio Video Production, and Cosmetology pathways for the 2018-2019 academic year.

4.D. Consideration and approval of the First Quarterly Investment Report for the period of September 1, 2017 through November 30, 2017.

4.E. Consideration and approval of payment to Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP for the 2016 Property Value Study.

4.F. Consideration and approval of the January 23, 2018 Board Meeting Minutes.

4.G. Consideration and approval of the Head Start Agreement for Education Services between the City of San Antonio (CoSA) and the Edgewood Independent School District, which provides a projected funding award amount of $4,175,378.00 from CoSA to support funding of the Head Start Program in Edgewood ISD from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

5.A. Consideration and approval to purchase three (3) new 72-passenger school buses for $288,828.00 to be paid from fund balance.

6.A. Discussion to sell all of Lot 28, Block 3, New City Block 8988, City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas also known as Edgewood Community and Adult Center located at 563 SW 40th Street, San Antonio, Texas after declaring by resolution that said property is no longer needed for school purposes and directing administration to sell said real property pursuant to Local Government Code 272.001, as well as waiving the notice and bidding requirement and selling said property to Alamo Community College pursuant to Local Government Code section 272.001(j) and any matters incident thereto. [Executive Closed Session is requested pursuant to Texas Government Code, Title 5, Subchapter D, Section 551.072 (Deliberation Regarding Real Property) and 551.071 (Consultation with Legal Counsel)]

6.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071, the Board will consult with Legal Counsel Regarding Legal Issues in Regards to PreK 4 SA Program MOU.

6.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074, the Board will discuss employment, assignment, reassignment, resignations, leaves of absence, duties and responsiblities of personnel.

6.D. Conduct Superintendent's Formative Evaluation.
