3.A. The Board of Managers will hear a presentation regarding Robotics team at Toltech Memorial.

3.B. The Board of Managers will hear a recognition regarding an Edgewood Excellence Video at Roy Cisneros Elementary for the highest attendance in the district.

3.C. The Board of Managers will be introduced to the new Brentwood Middle School Principal, Eva Reyna.

4. Consent Agenda:

4.A. Board of Managers to approve the School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) Officers and three new members to SHAC.

4.B. Board of Managers to approve the Textbooks for Proclamation 2017.

4.C. Board of Managers to approve the Career and Technical Education Courses.

4.D. Board of Managers to approve the purchase trophies/awards from Monarch Trophy to recognize student achievement for Elementary, Middle, and High School students at the Excellence in Edgewood Ceremony in the amount not to exceed $18,000.00 utilizing local funds.

4.E. Board of Managers to approve Jackson Financial as the agent for the 457 Plan Agent Services.

4.F. Board of Managers approval of TASB Policy 107 Update.

5. Action Items:

5.A. Consideration and approval of the Scholastic My Books Summer order for the 2017 Edgewood Super Reader Summer Initiative.

5.B. Consideration and approval of services for financial audit for the year ending August 31, 2017.

5.C. Consideration and approval for out-of-state travel for Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Program (Gear UP) students.
