3.A. The School Board will hear a presentation on Lone Star Governance Constraint Progress Measure 1.1 High Need Campuses and the Monthly Monitoring Report for July 2019.

4. Consent Agenda (All items may be acted upon at the same time by the School Board)

4.A. Consideration and approval of contract with MAYA Consulting, TEA Technical Assistance Provider utilizing federal funds from the 2019-2021 School Transformation Fund - Implementation Grant.

4.B. Consideration and approval of the Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Edgewood Independent School District.

4.C. Consideration and approval for AVID College Readiness System- AVID Elective Class in the total amount not to exceed $75,000.00.

4.D. Consideration and approval of Soliant Health Inc. for the 2019-2020 school year in the amount of $80,736 utilizing local funds.

4.E. Consideration and approval of Speech Specialist of San Antonio, P.C. for the year 2019-2020 school year in the amount of $305,000 utilizing local funds.

4.F. Consideration and approval Franklin Covey – Leader in Me Training Sessions for: Las Palmas, Perales, and Stafford Elementary Schools.

4.G. Consideration and approval of the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, in the amount of $58,000.

4.H. Consideration and approval of Cooperative Purchasing Contracts Report.

4.I. Consideration and approval of Second Quarterly Investment Report for the period of March 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019.

4.J. Consideration and approval of May 2019 donations totaling $13,263.00.

4.K. Consideration and approval of $3,529,965 budget amendment. Of this amount, $3,520,865 is being requested for projects not completed by June 2019. Funds previously allocated and approved by the Board in 2018-19 will be used to complete these projects. In addition, $9,100 are coming from an increase from the PK4SA agreement.

4.L. Consideration and approval of the second reading of local district update, affective local policies: FDA (LOCAL), FDB(LOCAL).

4.M. Consideration and approval of the Student Athletic and Voluntary Student Accident Insurance for the 2019-2020 school year.
