3.C. The Board of Managers will hear a presentation regarding the 5th Annual Districtwide Chess Tournament Competition results.    

3.D. The Board of Managers will hear recognitions regarding John F. Kennedy High School and Memorial High School scholars who advanced from the District 11 competitions to the Texas State Leadership Conference and competitions.

4. Consent Agenda

4.A. Consideration and approval of the Technology Refresh Cycle Plan, in the amount not to exceed $1,495,424.00 to be paid over a four-year lease term with year one payment not to exceed $618,814.00.

4.B. Consideration and approval of Achieve3000 for grades 6-8, in the amount not to exceed $111,183.60, to be paid from State Compensatory Education funds.

4.C. Consideration and approval of the Edgenuity contract for grades 6-12, in the amount not to exceed $72,200.00 to be paid from State Compensatory Education funds.
