1. Call Meeting to Order:

2. Receipt of information and/or discussion of the following topics:

2.A. A proposed Memorandum of Understanding between EISD, ACCD, Westside Development Corporation, and/or the City of San Antonio for the purpose of making recommendations, if any, and related issues.
|
|
2.B. A repeat update on custodial supplies including but not limited to a list of supplies per campus and an update on working and non working cleaning equipment.
|
|
2.C. A proposed plan of action to recommend in the event of a sewer back up or natural gas leak at one of our campuses.
|
|
2.D. The area of interest adjacent to Perales Elementary School and is on Edgewood ISD property that is currently used as a dumping ground for wooden pallets, construction material base, dirt, spoil etc. & scrap fencing, to make recommendations concerning Community concerns with large rodents, and what is considered a severe eyesore. [Residents being affected live on Merida St.]
