3.B. The Board of Managers will hear a presentation recognizing community organizations who donated to the 2017 Edgewood ISD Police Department's Feed Our Families Thanksgiving.

3.C. The Board of Managers will hear presentations from campuses: Gardendale Elementary - Ms. Kristin Willmann, Principal and Memorial High School - Mr. Bryan Norwood, Principal.

3.D. Presentation of the Lone Star Governance Monthly Monitoring Report for December 2017 and January 2018.

3.E. The Board of Managers will hear a presentation regarding the College Readiness and Success PSAT/NMSQT Early Participation Program PSAT and SAT data for 2016 and 2017.

4.A. Consideration and approval of the School of Innovation applications from Roy Cisneros Elementary, Memorial High School, Fine Arts/STEM Academy, and John F. Kennedy High School in accordance with Board Policy EL (LOCAL).

4.C. Consideration and approval of the renewal of the Microsoft Desktop Education Subscription from Computer Solutions in the amount not to exceed $91,955.31 from local funds.

5.A. Approval of the Lone Star Governance AE (EXHIBIT) Student Outcome Goals & Goal Progress Measure Superintendent Constraint 2: The superintendent shall not allow student outcome goal oriented professional learning to decrease from 65% by the end of school year 2022.

5.B. Approval of the Lone Star Governance Quarterly Board Progress Tracker for Fourth Quarter – January 2018.

5.C. Approval of the Annual Financial and Compliance Report for fiscal year ending August 31, 2017.

Discussion pursuant to Texas Education Code section 11.1542, to allow administration to send “Letters of Interest” to charters schools located wholly or partly within the boundaries of Edgewood ISD of the school district’s intent to sell all of Lot 28, Block 3, New City Block 8988, City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas also known as Edgewood Community and Adult Center located at 563 SW 40th Street, San Antonio, Texas and to send Letters of Interest to said charter schools on whether they may wish to purchase said property with such solicitations of interest only to be open for a two week period after sending said Letters of Interest, and any matters incident thereto.
