5.C. Consideration and possible approval of Vision Into Action Association, Inc. (VIAA) to conduct program and curriculum audits

5.D. Consideration and approval of a ten (10) year lease of the Westside Education Training Center (WETC) (formerly Lincoln Elementary) to the Alamo Community College District with a sublease to the West Side Development Corporation.

5.E. Approval to renew Scantron Analytics licenses and services from Scantron in an amount not to exceed $84,917 paid the Title I Part A funds.

5.F. Approval of the Head Start Contract/Scope of Work which provides a projected funding award amount from the City of San Antonio (CoSA) in the amount of $4,171,411.00 (Federal Share) to fund the Head Start Program in Edgewood ISD for February 1, 2016 through January 31, 2017.

5.G. Approval to renew the commitment with Education Service Center Region 20 to provide services to Edgewood ISD students attending Private/Non-Profit schools for an amount of approximately $100,000.00 to be paid with Title I Part A funds.

5.H. Proposed approval of Art & Décor from Ed-Source Corporation for HB Gonzales Elementary Cafeteria at a cost not to exceed $87,777.51, to be funded through Child Nutrition funds.
