[Section 551.071, Government Code - Consultation with Attorney:] For a private consultation with the Board’s attorney with respect to pending or contemplated litigation or settlement offers, and/or on matters where the attorney’s duty to the Board, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflicts with the open government provisions of Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to wit:

2.A.1. Proposed participation in school funding litigation against the State of Texas, as previously explained by the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund (MALDEF), and others, to address the inequitable funding and/or underfunding of public education by the State.

2.A.2. Jo Ann Sanchez: Level 4 grievance appeal of Level 3 decision. [Stop, Look & Listen Hearing].

2.A.3. A proposed to change the date of the District's general election of trustees, from the November Uniform Election Date in even-numbered years to the May Uniform Election Date in odd-numbered years, following legislative changes to the Texas Election Code.

9.B. Approval to purchase iPads, MacBooks, iPads carts, and accessories from Apple, Inc. in the amount of $220,688.00 for Gus Garcia to be paid out of Texas Title I Priority Schools (TTIPS) grant money.
