Consideration and approval of US Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBG) as the Section 125 Plan Administrator to include Administration of all Cafeteria Plan Benefits, 457 Plan, 403(b) plans, Provision of Online Enrollment Services, Annual Enrollment Services, Annual Enrollment Support, and provisions of the Voluntary Benefits Support, provision of all Voluntary Benefits, and COBRA Administration. USEBG and its designated agents will provide all service and support for the products offered.
