[Section 551.071, Government Code - Consultation With Attorney:] For a private consultation with the Board’s attorney with respect to pending or contemplated litigation or settlement offers, and/or on matters where the attorney's duty to the Board, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the open government provisions of Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to wit:

3.A.1. Legal issues associated with agenda items brought into Closed Session.

3.B. [Section 551.074, Texas Government Code - Personnel Matters:] To deliberate the, appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee, to wit:

3.B.1. Employment actions/options regarding personnel associated with presentation dealing with examination of alleged child abuse.

3.B.2. Proposed change in contract status of personnel in order to qualify to fill the following positions, subject to assignment and reassignment by the Superintendent, to wit:

3.B.2.a. High School Counselor - certified position at Pay Grade range of AP3 through AP4;

3.B.2.b. Middle School Assistant Principal - certified position at Pay Grade range AP4 through AP5.

3.B.3. Proposed new hires subject to assignment and reassignment by the Superintendent, who will be qualified for assignment to the following position, to wit:

3.B.3.a. Middle School Assistant Principal - certified position at Pay Grade range AP4 through AP5.

3.B.4. Other appointments, employments, assignments and/or reassignments of persons mentioned in the Superintendent's Personnel Report - Agenda item IV (3).

4.B. Proposed resolution authorizing the waiver of agriculture rollback taxes on approximately 26.161 acres of real property located at 259 S. Acme Rd, San Antonio, Bexar County, TX out of 2014 BCAD property ID 482371, GEO ID 11379-003-0048, in accordance with Section 23.55(p) of the Texas Tax Code.

4.C. Promotions, transfer, new hires, resignations, retirements and reassignments for professional contract personnel where Board Action is required. [Note: Board action on this item, if any, is limited to those personnel items that require Board action; otherwise, the item is for information only, whether or not the Board approves a motion to approve this item; and , in any event, the Board does not approve transfers, resignations previously approved by the Superintendent, retirements and reassignments.]
