4.A. Approval of agreement with San Antonio Foster Grandparent Program sponsored by Catholic Charities for the 2016-2017 school year, at no cost to the district.

4.B. Approval of annual agreement with the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) sponsored by Catholic Charities for the 2016-2017 school year, at no cost to the district.

5.C. TEA required - approval by the Board of Managers of the revised 2016-2018 Turnaround Plan for Gus Garcia Middle School.
