3.B. Consideration and approval to submit a General Staff Development Waiver to the Texas Education Agency for three days (420 minutes per day) of staff development in lieu of student instruction for the 2016-2017 school year.

3.C. Consideration and approval of E-Rate contract with Conterra for wide area network services.

3.D. Consideration and approval of E-Rate contract for Wireless Voice and Internet with AT&T.
|
|
3.E. Consideration and approval of the Acellus grant proposal in the amount not to exceed $133,526.

3.F. Presentation of the two final law firms with consideration and action to approve a law firm to serve as general counsel to the District

4.A.2. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, private consultation with the Board’s attorney regarding approval to retain Gravely & Pearson, L.L.P. and initiate contemplated litigation regarding at Edgewood ISD (Cisneros & Stafford Elementary).

4.A.3. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, private consultation with the Board’s attorney regarding approval to retain Gravely & Pearson, L.L.P. and initiate contemplated litigation arising from insurance claims made for damages to Edgewood ISD facilities.
