3.B. Approval to enter into a Funding and Shared Use Agreement between the City of San Antonio (COSA) and Edgewood ISD in the amount of $111,000 to be provided by the COSA for Improvement to the Gus Garcia Middle School track.

4.B.1.a. Alexander Guerra - proposed employment on probationary contract at pay grade 7, subject to assignment and reassignment by the Superintendent

4.B.2. Due process hearing for Lorenzo Villarreal re: a proposed termination of employment.

5.B. Approval of promotions, transfers, new hires, resignations, retirements and re-assignments for professional contract personnel where Board Action is required.
