1. Call Meeting to Order for May 28, 2007.

2. Time for Citizens. In the event that a quorum of the Board is not present to open the meeting, the Monday session shall thereby be cancelled after a reasonable time in the opinion of the Board members present or, if there is no Board member present, the Superintendent or designee, and agenda items II through III shall be moved to Tuesday, May 29, 2007, immediately following Section V on the Agenda.

3. Motion to go into Closed Session.

3.A.4. Proposed settlement with employee proposed for termination.

3.A.5. Proposed Escrow Agreement for purchase of Commercial Property.

3.A.6. Policy Update 80 from Texas Association of School Boards.

3.A.7. Legal issues dealing with other agenda items brought into Closed Session.

3.B. [Section 551.072 Texas Government Code - Real Property:] To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Board in negotiation with a third party, to wit:

10.D. Approval to enter into an Advancement VIA Individual Determination (AVID) extended term agreement with AVID Center for Edgewood ISD Secondary campuses for the 2007-2008 school year for a total of $16,830.00, funded by Title II.

10.E. Approval to enter into agreement with association for retarded Citizens-San Antonio, Inc. (ARC-SA) through a memorandum of understanding.

10.F. Approval of the 2007-2008 School Board Meeting Schedule.

10.G. Approval to accept grant from San Antonio Sports Foundation GO! GIRLS GO! Program.
