5.A. Action, decision, determination or vote on matters listed as closed session items.

5.B. Proposed finding, as required by Title 19, Texas Administrative Code, Section 249.14 (g), that Good Cause did not exist under Section 21.105(c)(2) of the Texas Education Code for abandonment of contract by Martha Gonzalez and that the Superintendent be authorized to pursue appropriate sanctions with SBEC as the Superintendent determines appropriate in accordance with law.

5.C. Approval of promotions, transfers, new hires, resignations, retirements and re-assignments for professional contract personnel where Board Action is required. [Note: Board action on this item, if any, is limited to those personnel items that require Board action on this items, if any, otherwise, the item is for information only, whether or not the Board approves a motion to approve this item; and, in any event, the Board does not approve transfers, resignations previously approved by the Superintendent, retirements and reassignments.]

5.D. Proposed authorization for approval of amendments to the Original Agreement with the City of San Antonio involving the District's use of Kennedy Park, to permit the District to construct a field house and related improvements on the property for the benefit of the District's Mata Stadium athletic facilities and related matters.

5.E. Determination of best procurement method for the proposed construction of a field house and other improvements at Kennedy Park for the benefit of the District; and authorization for the Superintendent to procure an environment study, if necessary, and prepare an appropriate Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and proceed with advertising same in order to procure the services required for the Kennedy Park field house construction project, subject to the District and City successfully amending the Original Kennedy Park Use Agreement to permit construction and related activities.
