2.D. Approval to establish value and solicit sealed bids for the sale the following real property: Lot 7 Blk 4 NCB 8323 Lakeview Gardens Ut-2, located at 140 NW 34th St., San Antonio, Texas.

2.E. Approval to purchase a bus from Longhorn bus sales in the amount of $95,538.58 using local funds.

2.F. Commissioning of District peace officers as listed in the attachment, in accordance with Section 37.081 of the Texas Education Code and Board Policy series CKE, with all of the powers, privileges, and immunities of peace officers in the State of Texas, and with the jurisdiction established by the Board of Trustees in Policy CKE (Local), which shall include all of the territory in the boundaries of the District and all property outside the boundaries of the District that is owned, leased or rented by or otherwise under the control of the District.

2.G. Approval of a memorandum of understanding with the Boys and Girls Club of San Antonio to implement the Success Through Academics, Recreation, Sports (STARS) After School Program at Winston Elementary for the 2010-2011 school year.

2.H. Approval of revisions to the criteria for identifying and assessing students who are At-Risk of dropping out of school, based on second grade Tejas LEE ® Assessment Data.
