2.B. Approval of agreement between the Texas Department of Public Safety, State Administrator of the Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunications (TLETS), and Edgewood I.S.D. Police Department.

2.C. Proposed offer of lease agreement with We Are Making A Difference, as presented for continuation of the "Making a Difference" Program at former George Washington Carver Elementary School, located at 216 Purcell Street, San Antonio, TX 78237

3. Motion to go into Closed Session:

3.A. [Section 551.071, Government Code - Consultation With Attorney:] For a private consultation with the Board’s attorney with respect to pending or contemplated litigation or settlement offers, and/or on matters where the attorney's duty to the Board, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the open government provisions of Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to wit:

3.A.1. Proposed resolution in EEOC Charge No. 451-2010-00103 filed by Jose Juan Hernandez.

3.A.2. Proposed amendments to Policy DCC (Local), submitted for 2nd Reading and for Approval in Open Session.

3.A.3. Proposed lease with Center for New Communities (C4NC) for lease of a portion of Stafford Center, 611 SW 36th Street, for the purpose of conducting an Early Head Start program and related matters.

3.A.4. Legal issues dealing with items proposed for Closed Session.

3.B. [Section 551.072 Texas Government Code - Real Property:] To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Board in negotiation with a third party, to wit:

3.B.1. 4669 U.S. Highway 90 West;

3.B.2. Surrounding properties to 4669 U.S. Highway 90 West.

3.C. [Section 551.074, Texas Government Code - Personnel Matters:] To deliberate the, appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties or dismissal of a public officer or employee, to wit:

3.C.1. Proposed change in contract status for Oralia Lara, from Pay grade AP6 to pay Grade Range AP6 through AP7, subject to assignment and reassignment by the Superintendent. [Note: Ms. Lara is being considered for the assignment of the duties of the Director for the Special Education Department.]
