3.C. Approval of Memorial High School Band Booster Club to use the parking lots adjacent and across from Memorial High School on April 17th and 18th with a waiver of fees.

3.D. Approval of Hillyard Co., for the purchase of custodial supplies as needed throughout the District from custodial budget not to exceed $283,000.00.

3.E. Approval to enter into an agreement with Texas Education Agency approved Supplemental Educational Services (SES) providers to provide tutoring services to Memorial High School students in an amount not to exceed $1,483 per student from Title 1 funds.

3.F. Approval to purchase Band Instruments, furniture and equipment for middle school and high school band programs not to exceed $520,000.00 from local funds.

3.G. Approved to purchase the Study Island Subscription for elementary and middle schools in the content areas of Mathematics, kindergarten - 8th grade and Science 2nd - 8th grade in the amount of $60,394.60 using State Compensatory Education funds.

3.H. Policy EHAA (Local) amendments - for 2nd reading and adoption.

3.I. Appointments of members of the District's School Health Advisory Council, in accordance with Policy EHAA (Local), as amended.

3.J. Approval of purchase order to Bexar County Tax Assessor-Collector for the AD Valorem Taxes for 2008 in the amount of $25,000 using local funds.

3.K. Approval to enter into agreement with First Southwest Asset Management, Inc. for the arbitrage of rebate compliance services in the amount of $15,000 using local funds.
