2.B.2. Changes to Contract Status:

2.B.2.a. Sylvia Lopez, on a standard District term contract at pay grade range AP-4 through AP-9, depending on assignment, and subject to assignment and reassignment by the Superintendent. [Note: Ms. Lopez has been interviewed for the position of Kennedy High School Principal.]

2.B.2.b. Adrian Ramirez, on a standard District term contract at pay grade range AP-4 through AP-7, depending on assignment, and subject to assignment and reassignment by the Superintendent. [Note: Mr. Ramirez has been interviewed for the position of Kennedy High School Vice Principal.]

2.B.2.c. Daniel Pina, on a standard District term contract at pay grade range AP-4 through AP-6, depending on assignment, and subject to assignment and reassignment by the Superintendent. [Note: Mr. Pina has been interviewed for the position of Kennedy High School Assistant Principal.]

2.B.2.d. Michaela Steele, on a standard District term contract at pay grade range AP-4 through AP-5, depending on assignment, and subject to assignment and reassignment by the Superintendent. [Note: Mr. Steele has been interviewed for the position of Truman Middle School Assistant Principal.]

2.B.2.e. Rosemary Barrera (new hire), on a standard District probationary contract at pay grade AP-4 through AP-7, depending on assignment, and subject to assignment and reassignment by the Superintendent. [Note: Ms. Barrera has been interviewed for the position of H.B. Gonzalez Elementary School Principal.]

3. Discussion/Action Items:

3.A. Action, decision, determination or vote on other matters listed under closed session items.

3.B. Approval of promotions, transfers, new hires, resignations, retirements and re-assignments for professional contract personnel where Board Action is required. [Note: Board action on this item, if any, is limited to those personnel items that require Board action; if any; otherwise, the item is for information only, whether or not the Board approves a motion to approve this item; and, in any event, the Board does not approve transfers, resignations previously approved by the Superintendent, retirements and reassignments.]

3.C. Approval to increase contract amount for Consultant Manuel Garza to $28,500.00 using local funds.

3.D. Approval of contract for election services

3.E. Approval of Johnson Control Inc. as the contractor for the Burleson Elementary School HVAC renovation project in the amount of $565,000.00.
