The proposed budget is based on a total tax rate of $1.2443. The tax rate of $1.0084 is for Maintenance and Operations and $0.2359 for Interest and Sinking making the total tax rate $1.2443.
Recommendation: Set the 2021-22 Elkhart I.S.D. tax rate as follows: Maintenance & Operations - $1.0084 Interest & Sinking - $0.2359 TOTAL TAX RATE OF $1.2443 |
