II. Discussion/Acton: Approve amendments to the 2011-12 Elkhart I.S.D. Budget.

III. Closed Session: Consider personnel matters with regard to confirmation of hiring/employing professional personnel, resignations, assignments and complaints. Hire superintendent. Consider discipline of a public school child, or complaint or charge against personnel. Consider addition to Students of Employees Transfer List.

IV. Re-open meeting.

V. Discussion/Action: Consider items discussed in closed session.

VI. Discussion/Action: Authorization for Superintendent to be added to signature cards at Elkhart State Bank.
