I. Call meeting to order.

IV. Discussion/Action:  Consider changing August board meeting date.

V. Discussion/Action:  Set date and time for a public hearing on the Proposed 2019-20 Elkhart I.S.D. Budget and Proposed Tax Rate; and time and date to adopt 2019-20 Budget and 2018 Tax Rate.

VI. Discussion/Action:  Set a Proposed Tax Rate for the 2019-20 school year.

VII. Discussion/Action:  Consider approving changes to the Elkhart I.S.D. board policy DED (Local).

VIII. Closed Session: A closed session may be held for the purposes authorized by
the Texas Open meeting Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq.
concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited
to the following sections and purposes.
551.073 Discussing negotiated contracts for prospective
gifts or donations.
551.074 Discussing personnel or to hear
complaints against personnel.

VIII.i. Consider personnel matters with regard to confirmation of resignation and hiring/employing professional personnel.

VIII.ii. Discussion regarding student transfers

IX. Discussion/Action:  Consider items discussed in closed session.
