The State is requiring Tyler ISD to redo all the Shared Services Agreements with the school districts that take part in their School for the Deaf program.

X. Discussion/Action: Approve the 2014-15 Elkhart I.S.D. Total Expenditure Budget of $11,913,709.92 (F-81 Parking Lot/Bus Loop $400,000-$500,000).

XI. Discussion/Action: Adopt Elkhart I.S.D. 2014-15 proposed tax rate.

Description:
The proposed budget is based on a total tax rate of $1.36. The tax rate of $1.17 is for Maintenance and Operations and $0.19 for Interest and Sinking making the total tax rate of $1.36.
Recommendation: Set the 2014-15 Elkhart I.S.D. tax rate as follows: Maintenance & Operations - $1.17 Interest and Sinking - $0.19 TOTAL TAX RATE OF $1.36 |
