3. Discuss the district's facilities, staff concerns, extracurricular activities,steps moving forward, and any additional topics related to the emergency weather happening from 8/3/2025. (Discussion only)

4. Consider declaring Sunray ISD in a state of emergency based on the weather incident from 8/3/2025 in order to proceed with cleaning up and repairing damages.  (Action Required) 

5. CLOSED SESSION- 
A)Discussion re. the duties, performance, and employment of administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, custodial, maintenance, cafeteria, support personnel, and business office. 

B) Discussion re. the duties, performance, and employment of the superintendent.  

C) Deliberation regarding property of the District.  Government Code 551.072
