Description:
Meet with Greg Root at the high school and middle school campuses to hear his report and discuss possible dates for final punch list and construction completion on Phase 2.

Description:
I have outline two possible exit scenario with an April 1 or 15 ending date. Upon your approval of one presented or mutually developed at the meeting, I will be prepared to submit my resignation outlining those parameters.

4. Consider Possible Superintendent Search Strategy
Description:
Review/revise superintendent job posting information and important dates/timeline. Consider conducting a criteria profile survey for stakeholder input and to assist the BOE in their search for a new superintendent.

5. Consider Hiring Interim Superintendent
Description:
Outline daily pay rate/travel and determine start date if hired.

6. Declare iPads as Surplus Property
Description:
The iPads that Chad, Sam and the administrators have been using are 3-4 years old. These iPads can be declared surplus property and retained by the employee for a small nominal fee.

7. Consider Quotes HS Reception Area Furniture and/or Painting Administration/Business Offices
Description:
I anticipate a quote to texture and paint the vinyl walls in the business office. Mrs. Harrison is getting quotes from Broxson Furniture for reception area furniture. If prepared, available, and satisfactory, I plan to recommend them for approval.

8. Consider Appreciation Banquet for Thursday, April 3, at 6:30
Description:
With my exit slated for April 1, it might be wise to conduct a banquet here in Sunray instead of a Family Fun Night at the YMCA.

9. Consider Possible Open House and Welcome Reception for Monday, May 12, 2014
Description:
The board meeting on May 12 we could conduct an Open House at the high school and middle school campuses for Phase 2. If hired the prior week, a welcome reception could be held to introduce the new superintendent to the community.
