ORDER AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF SUNRAY COLLEGIATE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT UNLIMITED TAX REFUNDING BONDS, TAXABLE SERIES 2025 IN THE APPROXIMATE  AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $3,374,992.60; LEVYING A TAX AND PROVIDING FOR THE SECURITY AND PAYMENT THEREOF; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A PAYING AGENT/REGISTRAR AGREEMENT AND DEPOSIT AGREEMENT; APPROVING THE OFFICIAL STATEMENT; APPROVING A BOND COUNSEL ENGAGEMENT LETTER; AND ENACTING OTHER PROVISIONS INCIDENT AND RELATING TO THE SUBJECT AND PURPOSES OF THIS ORDER
