Consider Order Authorizing the issuance and sale of Sunray Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building bonds, Series 2020A in the estimated aggregate principal amount of $9,500,000;  levying a tax and providing for the security and payment thereof; authorizing the execution and delivery of a paying agent/registrar agreement; approving the official statement and enacting other provisions incident and relating to the subject and purposes of this order ( Action Required)

Consider Order Authorizing the issuance and sale of Sunray Independent School District Unlimited Refunding Bonds, Series 2020B in the estimated aggregate principal amount of $1,890,000; levying a tax and providing for the security and payment thereof; authorizing the execution and delivery of a paying agent/registrar agreement and escrow agreement; approving the official statement and enacting other provisions incident and relating to the subject and purposes of this order  (Action Required)
