The Board Chairman will be physically present at 350 Pine Street, Suite 500, Beaumont, Texas, 77701, for the Special Videoconference Meeting. 

10:00 AM - Joint Meeting of the Region 5 Board of Directors and the TASA Superintendent Study Group will be held in the Dogwood/Magnolia Rooms on the 4th Floor of Edison Plaza.
11:00 AM - Regular Meeting of the Region 5 Board of Directors, at the completion of the joint meeting, but not earlier than 11:00 AM, will meet in the Boardroom on the 5th Floor of Edison Plaza. 

The 10:00 joint meeting will serve as a public hearing and no board action will be taken.

The joint meeting will convene in the Dogwood/Magnolia Rooms on the 4th Floor of Edison Plaza, followed by lunch. After lunch the regular board meeting will take place in the 6th Floor Bluebonnet/Spindletop Rooms. The meeting may begin after 11:30 a.m. but not before that time.
