4.B. Consider and take action to award the bid for the Valley View High School fire alarm system, as recommended by the administration.
4.C. Consider and take action to approve the budget amendment utilizing fund balance in the amount of $501,993.00 as recommended by the administration.
4.D. Consider and take action to approve the personal & chattel property auction agreement with Galindo Auctions, LLC, as recommended by the administration.

4.G.1. Grant fees payment to Comprehensive Training Center, LLC for the Stronger Connections Grant in the amount of $120,000.00 and for the TRI Grant 6-12 and TRI Grant K-5 in the amount of $36,012.00 (Grant/Local Funds)
4.G.2. Purchase of the HVAC AHU air handler unit replacement for the high school ROTC area in the approximate amount of $24,800.00 (Local Funds)
4.G.3. Payment to TASB (Texas Association of School Boards) for the 2025 Membership renewal in the amount of $11,350.00 (Local Funds)
4.H. Consider and take action to approve the following student trips, as recommended by the administration:
