Members of the public who wish to address the board on an agenda item will have a five-minute time limit to address the board. (Ten minutes if a translator is required). You must submit by 5:00 p.m. before the board meeting starts on your request to address the board on an agenda item. Members of the public having timely submitted their request may participate and will receive an email with the meeting conference link of the meeting.
