Consideration and approval of a resolution by the Board of Trustees of the Bloomington Independent School District authorizing the issuance of obligations designated as "Bloomington Independent School Limited Maintenance Tax Notes, Series 2014", Making provision for the payment thereof by the annual levy of the district's maintenance and operations and ad valorem taxes; providing the terms and conditions of said obligations and resolving other matters incident and relating to the issuance, payment, security, sale and delivery of said obligations; authorizing the execution of a paying agent/registrar agreement and a purchase and investment letter; authorizing the payment of professional fees relating to this financial transaction; complying with the letter of representations with the depository trust company; authorizing the execution of any necessary engagement agreements with the district's financial advisors and/or bond counsel; and providing an effective date
