II.B. Bank Accounts- To add Kerry Boyd and/or her designee to all bank accounts associated with TCSD. Removal of Amy Brower from all bank accounts as of July 1, 2023.

II.C. Authorize Liisia Edwardsen to negotiate the purchase of furnishings from Randall Brower for school housing, to be used in the administrator's residence.
