Chapel Hill Independent School District hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public hearing regarding its Texas Academic Performance Report ("TAPR") on Monday, February 15, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., at the Chapel Hill ISD Administration Building located at 11134 County Road 2249, Tyler, TX 75707.  In the event of inclement weather requiring cancellation, Chapel Hill ISD will conduct the public hearing on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., at the same location.  The District will post any further updates or any notice of rescheduling on its website at www.chapelhillisd.org.

Adjournment to closed or executive session in the ESS Building small conference room pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071, 551.072, and 551.074 the Open Meetings Act for the following purposes

• Personnel, including hiring, reassignment, discipline and dismissal
• Potential Litigation
• Consultation with attorney related to pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer or any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas requires confidentiality                                                                                                                              

Should any final action, final decision or final vote be required in the opinion of the School Board with regard to any matter considered in such closed or executive meeting or session, then the final action, final decision, or final vote shall be either: (a) In the meeting covered by the Notice upon the reconvening of the public meeting, (b) Or at a subsequent public meeting of the School Board upon notice thereof; as the School Board shall determine
