Consider and possible action to establish and approve an application amendment fee of $5,000.00 for reimbursement of costs for professional consulting services concerning Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes by and between Haskell Consolidated Independent School District and Stetson Renewables Holdings, LLC, ComptrollerAgreement #1905.

6. Consider and possible action to approve the Amended Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property and approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and
Operations Taxes by and between Haskell Consolidated Independent School District and Stetson Renewables Holdings, LLC, Comptroller Agreement #1905.
