Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Mountain Institute Career Technical Education District # 02 will convene for a study session at 5:00pm on July 9, 2026 with doors opening at 4:30pm. This study session will be followed by our Regular Governing Board Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026 at 220 Ruger Rd in room 181, Prescott, AZ 86301 or via zoom due to adverse weather conditions or facilities closure. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The Governing Board may vote to convene in executive session (which will not be open to the public) pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) for legal advice from the District's Attorney(s) on any item listed below on this agenda.
