IV.H. Power School Special Programs Quote- Our current special programs management system is suspending its service at the end of June.  This is the other program that SERRC (our special program providers) uses for records management.  TCSD also uses PowerSchool for our student records management, so this will combine it all together.  Contract in the amount of $11,010.
IV.I. Approve revised FY22 Tanana City School District purposed salary schedule. This schedule reflects an across-the-board raise of 2% and would be applied to current teachers who have signed a contract as well as new contracts issued.
IV.J. FY22 Purposed Budget- Approve the purposed budget for School Year FY22.
IV.K. FY21 Budget Adjustments- by law schools cannot carry over more than 10% of general funds from year to year. Moving any funds over 10% from the general fund to special revenue funds is common practice.  TCSD has three special revenue funds Food Services, Computer Lab, and Deferred Maintenance and Safety fund.  Recommend: All carryover of more than 10% to be divided between Special Revenue Accounts as follows: one-half to Food Services, one-quarter to the Computer lab, one-quarter to Deferred Maintenance and Safety fund.
