II.C.1. FY22 Proposed Budget - First Review- The legislature has not published a final budget and the hiring of a new teacher may change some numbers. The numbers should be more accurate in June.

III.A. 2021-2022 School Calendar- Choose from Options A, B, or C.

IV. New Business

IV.A. Contract for Tanner Winters for FY 22- Approve contract for Mr. Winters for the FY22 School Year. The contract will be for $46,740 (Column B, Step 2). If the Salary Schedule is amended the contract would be amended to reflect any change in the Salary Schedule.

IV.B. Adopt Reading Horizon Curriculum for use in K-5 intervention. This curriculum would be supplemental to our current curriculum. It would be used to support learning for students who are struggling with specific skills during summer school, after school, and with the reading interventionist. This would come from ESEA grant and School Improvement Grant money.

IV.C. Adopt Wit and Wisdom for use in 6-8 intervention. This curriculum would be supplemental to our current curriculum. It would be used to support learning for students who are struggling with specific skills during summer school, after school, and during intervention. This would be paid for with ESEA grant money and School Improvement Grant money.

IV.D. Adopt Do the Math Curriculum for use in K-8 intervention. This curriculum would be supplemental to our current curriculum. It would be used to support learning for students who are struggling with specific skills during summer school, after school, and during intervention. this would be paid for with ESEA grant money and School Improvement Grant funds.

IV.E. Adopt updated Board Policy BP1340- Adds "Records shall be maintained in accordance with the State of Alaska Model Records Retention Schedule for Alaska School Districts."

IV.F. Adopt updated Board Policy BP 6146.3 - College and Career Readiness Assessments. Replaces "however, school districts still shall require all students in grade 11 and all students in grade 12 who have not previously done so, to take one of the assessments described in 4AAC 06 717. Students may seek waivers of the requirement under 4 AAC 06. 721-724." to "as required by law and regulations."
