1. Call to Order
Description: 
A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Utopia ISD will be held April 12, 2021 beginning at 5:30pm in the 258 School Street Culinary Arts Room.  Members of the public who desire to address the Board regarding an item on this agenda must comply with the following procedures; to provide public comment, individuals viewing the board meeting remotely, must email their comment to UIS Board of Trustees at: wmoore@utopiaisd.net. To view meeting remotely, please use the following link. https://zoom.us/j/99958831308?pwd=VTFzO1N4MndOSnhUY3JmLohlWEKOUT09.   Please provide your first and last name, email address, physical address and phone number with your comments.  The time frame to submit your public comment is from Friday, April 9, 2021 to Monday, April 12, 2021 at 12:01pm.  The public comments submitted will be read aloud for the Board to hear, and the content of the written comments cannot exceed three minutes.  To the extent practicable, all other public comment rules shall apply. If seeking a Board resolution of a specific complaint, that concern should be address through the District’s grievance process.  District policy DGBA, FNG, and GF have been established for addressing employee complaints, parent complaints, and community member complaints respectively. The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below.  Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice.  Unless removed from the consent agenda, items identified within the consent agenda will be acted on at one time.
