Consider Approval of Early Resignation Notification Incentive for Certified and Classified Staff Members
It has been proposed to offer a resignation incentive for the 2020-2021 school year as follows:
  • Certified Staff - $500.00 if written notice of intent to resign at the end of the 2020-21 SY is received prior to March 31, 2021, and staff member is completing at least their second year of consecutive employment (Employees who met eligibility for the $1,000 incentive in January are not eligible for this $500.00 incentive)
  • Classified Staff - $500.00 if written notice of intent to resign at the end of the 2020-21 SY is received prior to March 31, 2021, and staff member is completing at least their fourth year of consecutive employment
