Approve isolation payment for mileage for special education student transportation for 18 miles per school day at the current IRS rate for the 2020-2021 school year (parent returns home after drop-off at school)  (page 70)
Approve isolation mileage payment for homeless student transportation for 6 miles per round trip at the current IRS rate for the 2020-2021 school year (student drives self to school and activities) (page 71)
Approve amended special education contract with Overtures for Student #4617  to provide educational services at the daily rate of $210.84 for 182 days, not to exceed $38,375.00 from April 16, 2020 through June 30, 2021 (page 72)

"We the undersigned believe that Goshen County School District should not have a mandatory mask policy for students, teachers or staff.  We have come together as a group of parents to form the attached list of reasons for our belief that the wearing of a facial covering should be a personal/family choice rather than a mandated policy for our schools"
