Accept donation from Rafferty State Farm Insurance in the amount of $1,250.00 to Lingle Ft. Laramie High Schools for the purchase of two Pixellot cameras for broadcasting home events through the NFHS network
Approve official representatives to WHSAA, and approve membership in WHSAA for the 2019-2020 school years as follows:  Torrington High School - Dave Plendl; Lingle Ft. Laramie High School - Mike Lashley; and Southeast High School - Tim Williams.
Approving contracting with Peak Wellness Center for wrap-around services including emergency risk assessment (to self or others), individual and family counseling at the rate of $ 120.00 per hour, total contract not to exceed $5,000 from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2019
Approve special education contract with Peak Wellness Center for emergency risk assessment (to self or others), individual counseling, and report writing at the rate of $120.00 per hour, total contract not to exceed $7,000.00 from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020

Future Meetings
The next regular Board meeting will be Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. 
Board members are invited to attend the annual back-to-school inservice for all district staff on Tuesday, August 13 at 8:00 a.m. in the THS Auditorium.  The barbeque will follow at noon at TMS, and we hope you will be able to help serve the meal and visit with staff.
