Approve request per District Policy 5147 (Out of District Field Trips) to allow Torrington High School advanced art students to travel the UW Art Intensive in Laramie on October 26-27, 2018, exceeding recommended travel times and an overnight stay
Approve request per District Policy 5147 (Out of District Field Trips) to allow Southeast FFA students to travel to Logan, Utah for the National Western Range judging contest from November 3-5, 2018, traveling out of state, exceeding recommended travel times, and overnight stay.
Approve request per District Policy 5147 (Out of District Field Trips) to allow the Torrington High School FBLA officer team to travel to Albuquerque, NM on November 8-11, 2018 for the national Leadsership Conference, traveling out of state, exceeding recommended travel times, and overnight stay (team will travel via bus with the team from Laramie #1)
Approve purchase exceeding $5,000.00 for the purchase of a new file server as the new primary domain controller from CDW-G (education and government enterprise NVP computer supplier MNNVP-134 132280-134) in the total amount of $6,990.63
Approve contracting with Maria Alanis for consulting services to develop, facilitate, and evaluate the GCSD Parent Leader program from October 10, 2018 through June 30, 2018 in the total amount of $7,000.00
