Pursuant to Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, this meeting will be conducted via videoconference and/or audio conference, which will be audible to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication for the Board and District administration.  The Board President, Presiding Officer and Trustees will not be physically present at one location but a quorum will be required for the meeting on the videoconference and/or telephone. 

The Board will be allowing Open Forum to be made in an alternative format.  If you wish to address the Board of Trustees, please submit a comment using the Open Forum Submission Link by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. In the email, please state your name, the subject matter of your comment, and your comments.  When the Board reaches the Open Forum portion of the meeting, the Superintendent or designee will read all comments aloud for the Board to hear.  Individual comments have a time limit of three (3) minutes, unless otherwise announced. Please be aware that the audio of Open Forum is recorded as part of the recording of the entire meeting and is published on the District's website without alteration.

The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the order shown on this meeting notice.

Unless removed from the consent agenda, items identified within the consent agenda will be acted on at one time.

If, during the course of the meeting covered by this agenda, the Board should determine that a closed session of the Board should be held or is required in relation to any item included on this agenda, then such closed session as authorized by Section 551.001 et seq of the Texas Government Code (the Open Meetings Act) will be held by the Board at that date and hour in this agenda or as soon after the commencement of the meeting covered by this agenda as the Board may conveniently meet in such closed session concerning any and all subjects and for any and all purposes permitted by Sections 551.071 - 551.084, inclusive, of the Open Meetings Act.  Pursuant to the Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, any closed session conducted during this meeting will be conducted via videoconference or audio conference, which will be accessible only to the Board and District administrators allowed to be present in closed session.
